Sales executive/support

Whitmar Publications is a leading B2B publisher for the print and packaging industries, delivering focused and high-quality editorial both in print and online. We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team. In addition to publishing market leading titles and online channels we also organise a number of face-to-face events, industry awards ceremonies and conferences.

You will be working on our flagship title FlexoTech to achieve revenues for the magazine ( print & digital format) and online. The role will include some client contact and also helping with organisation and administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Existing client list to develop revenues.
  • Identify and qualify potential new clients through marketing research.
  • Play an import role in achieving both print and online sales targets
  • Pitch the benefits of digital advertising and customize solutions to meet clients needs.
  • Inputting records and orders on the company CRM system.

Experience

  • Ideally previous experience in a sales support role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to communicate with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Professional, Personable and Presentable.
  • Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software would be an advantage.
